Our return and refund policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Certain situations may result in only partial refunds or no refunds being granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Returns made more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Change of mind will not be entertained.
  • Any technical or mechanical issue.
  • Items damaged after delivery by the customer.
  • AC installation damaged by a non-professional installer.
  • Damages due to high voltage or any short circuit issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your SE Wallet or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

For late or missing refunds, please first check your SE Wallet or bank account. If the refund is not posted, contact our compliance department. Alternatively, contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale items are non-refundable.

Technical Issues: In case of any technical problem, SK Electronic Appliances will dispatch the relevant company technician to your doorstep to resolve the complaint as per the terms and conditions outlined in the company warranty card.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon purchase. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at admin@skelectronicappliances.com and return your item to our sale point.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs and processing fees are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process: Refunds will be returned to your SE Wallet or provided as cash within 2 working days.
